Installing MamaGuide for Optimal Performance
Ensure correct spacing and positioning to maximize safety and effectiveness for sows and piglets.

Choose and prepare the location
Select a spot in the farrowing pen that allows the sow to move freely. Ensure at least 70 cm of clearance from the center of MamaGuide to surrounding equipment, measured at 20 cm height.

Position and align MamaGuide
Place MamaGuide securely in the selected position, ensuring it is level and aligned. Proper placement ensures the device supports the sow effectively when she lies down to nurse.

Verify functionality and movement
Confirm that the sow can walk, turn, and lie down naturally without being restricted. Adequate freedom of movement is essential for sow comfort and the correct function of the device.

Maintain and inspect regularly
Check the installation periodically to confirm it remains stable and fully functional, ensuring ongoing safety for piglets and consistent comfort for the sow throughout each farrowing cycle.
